With each passing harvest season, as the fall air turns cool, our family discussions tend to be filled with expressions of thankfulness that we completed another successful harvest season. We are passionate about growing and harvesting our red, yellow and white onions as well as our mild, medium, hot and extra hot chile peppers. API has been growing onions and chile for 35 years.
They taste amazing anyway you slice or dice them.

Yellow Onions have a sweet, mild flavor and are delicious sautéed.

Red onions eaten raw or pickled compliment salads and sandwiches.

Red chile peppers are best suited for both raw or cooked applications such as sautéing, roasting, frying, simmering, stir-frying, or baking.
Red Chile
Grown in the Hatch and nearby Deming area, the sunlight, soil and water produces flavorful chile and comes in mild, medium, hot and extra-hot varieties.
Hatch Green Chile
Sun-dried red chile from a green pod to a red pod to a sun-dried red pod, our sun dried chile is amazingly flavorful.
